Better Breastmilk with Majka

I’m so happy to be partnering with Majka to share about some of their amazing products with all of you. They make products for superhero moms (which is obviously ALL of us). They sent over some items for me to try out that are beneficial for lactation and I know that’s something that so many moms need help with. We all want to provide the best nutrition for our baby, whether with breastmilk, formula, or both. But if you’re breastfeeding it all starts with making sure you are receiving wholesome nutrition and Majka can help with that!

They sent over their lactation protein powder and some of their lactation bites. The protein powder came with a convenient little notecard with a smoothie recipe but I’m happy to report that I used similar items that I had on hand and it still turned out tasty! In fact, I couldn’t stop my little dude from stealing it and toddler approval is saying a lot in our house. The powder is chock full of amazing ingredients hand picked by professional nutritionists who specialize in whole food nutrition. You’ll find vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber, and ingredients known to provide lactation support in there. Plus, it’s non-GMO, dairy and soy free, and alkaline. If you don’t know the benefits of ingesting alkaline products, go ahead and google that really quick because it’s amazing!

Their lactation bites are also super tasty (and also toddler approved LOL) and made with the same types of natural ingredients. The quality of the ingredients mean that you get all of the good stuff without the unnecessary calories or artificial junk. They’re perfect to throw in the diaper bag when you’re out and about and get hit with a rumbly tummy and don’t feel like eating the fishy crackers or fruit snacks you keep in your bag for toddler meltdowns. The bites are great for nutritional benefits and for lactation support. If you want a little boost they recommend eating them 1-2 hours before nursing or pumping.

I don’t have an issue with producing enough milk but I can say that I definitely noticed a boost in my supply after eating these items. Plus, even if you don’t need that boost, you’re still helping your body create milk that is full of the proper nutrients that your baby needs to grow and develop. You  really can’t go wrong!

Right now you can even receive two FREE packs of lactation bites when you buy the lactation protein powder is you use the code holiday18
