I think these Small Shop Spotlights may become one of my favorite things to write on the blog. I have connected with so many incredible people who create such lovely things since becoming a mama. Vivie and Ash is run by the sweetest mama who actually hand draws all of the patterns for the clothing line by hand. That is super impressive because everything she ever releases is pure gold. Then each piece is actually sewn by hand and the care and detail that goes into that certainly shows. No wonder she was nominated for a Martha Stewart American Made Award. The pieces that we have all get put in the “special box” once Elouise outgrows them. You mamas all know what I mean by “special box” right? That box where you keep clothes and little trinkets that aren’t thrashed and could potentially be used by another sweet babe. You know if just maybe one thing leads to another and you find yourself pregnant yet again. I might wish a tiny little bit that we were having a girl so that I could pull out the Vivie & Ash pieces we have in the “special box”.
