First of all I’d like to say that it is getting harder and harder to get a non-blurry photo of this little guy. He is on the move at an impressive rate. I can’t believe that next time I am writing one of these I will have a 6 month old, which is basically a 1 year old, which is essentially a toddler. AH! I’m getting ahead of myself. When I look at him though, I do not see a 5 month old, he looks about the same size as most 9 months old, it’s bananas. This month has had a lot of high highs and some pretty low lows, so I’m going to talk a bit more about those because gosh darn it, sometimes you just have a rough month and it’s okay to share about it.
I’ll start by saying that sleep regression is a very real thing, although I had no clue what it was with Elouise. Yeah, it’s real and it can kiss my bootay because its really the worst. Not only are we not sleeping through the night, but nap times are also cut short. This makes for a cranky baby throughout the day, and a tired mama and daddy. The struggle is real. The crankiness is tough because there are times where none of my tricks will work to get him to calm down and it’s hard not to get discouraged by that. I’m his mama, I’m supposed to be able to maniacally fix it all! This motherhood gig can be pretty humbling. I know it’s just a phase, and luckily there have also been some super exciting things happening this month to balance it out. Keep reading to find out the fun new things Sullivan is up to.

I’ve had a few of you ask about the kid’s adorable outfits. They are from one of my favorite brand to get baby basics from, Mori. Their baby clothes are the softest since they are made from organic cotton and bamboo. I always love putting them on my babes, especially since they make cuddles extra cozy!
