Mrs Seacannon Must-Haves: Lorena Canals Washable Rug

No, you didn’t read that wrong, that in fact says “washable rug”. When I say washable, I don’t mean like the sneaky kind of washable where you have to do all sorts or tricks and magic to try and actually get the thing clean. We all know those products, the ones hanging in our closets we don’t wear around our children or the ones that turn into a drill sergeant if we see a child come anywhere close with food or drink. This lovely 100% cotton Lorena Canals rug is fully machine washable. I can literally grab it off the floor, throw it into the washing machine, and then tumble dry low in my dryer. Why isn’t everything that simple?

I say that we mom’s need to start inventing more no brainer items like this. That’s honestly how these rugs were born. Lorena Canals decided 12 years ago while watching her children play on the rug in their home that she could create the perfect addition for every family home. All of the rugs are made with all natural dyes and comply with safety regulation for children. Honestly I’m sure there are so many things in my home that I don’t even realize are technically “unsafe” so when a company goes out of their way for safety it makes my mama heart happy. Another thing that makes my mama heart happy is the way Elouise is obsessed with cuddling, feeding, and burping her baby doll lately. I just can’t even handle it!

I wash the rug as needed, I have washed it a couple of times and it is holding up great! You can also sweep with a hard bristle brush or vacuum it!
