8 “No DIY Necessary” Homemade Halloween Costumes

So, you might remember my post about Halloween Costumes last year. I did a ton of fun and super easy DIY costumes using our favorite clothing pieces from Primary and it was a huge hit! We had so much fun creating them that I wanted to do it again this year. Then I remembered that I am super pregnant and re-evaluated my life. I almost just threw in the towel on the whole thing but then I came up with an even better idea to make even easier homemade costumes. You did’t think it was possible did you? Well, I’m here to tell you that there will be no sewing, hot gluing, painting, cutting, or anything crafty for these costumes. All you’ll need to do is hit up your favorite store’s Halloween section or bargain section and grab one or two pieces. I didn’t spend more than $10 for the accessories for any of these costumes. Mom win!

Skeleton & Jack-o-Lantern

I love how “sporty” looking these ones turned out. All I had to snag were these baseball caps that were a couple of bucks each. If you can’t find ones that already have the faces on them, you can easily add that to a plain baseball cap too!

Baby Shark

I lucked out and found this little pack in the Target that came with the headband and shark fin, for $5!

Rainbow Unicorn

We had a little bit of extra fun with this one by adding in the rainbow aspect. Elouise is all about rainbows and unicorns so this was probably her favorite costume. Even better is that all I bought was the headband fro $1 although you can find some better quality ones for a few bucks more.

Darth Vader

Another piece of cake one, grab a mask and call it a day. Plus how stinking cute is a tiny Darth Vader? I cant even!

Little Vampire

Anyone else had a kiddo who is completely obsessed with Vampirina? Yup, we are hooked over here. We modeled this adorable vampire look after her outfit. All you need are some wings and a bat headband!

Kitty Cat & Puppy Dog

What kid doesn’t want to be a dog or a cat at some point for Halloween? These were another easy set up ( I guess they all are, duh!) You can find separate pieces for this, or just omit the tails all together if you want! I snagged a little headband and tail package in the Target dollar spot!
