Last week we were invited to a super fun event at Mattel headquarters to celebrate Polly Pocket’s birthday. Obviously the 7 year old Polly obsessed girl in me freaked out! I got to re-live my childhood and introduce Elouise to one of my all time favorite toys. Here’s the thing, Polly Pocket has a whole new vibe than when we were kids, and it’s actually pretty darn cool. They provided us with a super fun day to share all about Polly Pocket and what they have in store for the future. This post actually isn’t sponsored in any way, I just was genuinely impressed and wanted to share more about this re-imagined Polly that our kids get to play with.

 

I really loved that this new Polly Pocket is all about “no dream too big, no adventure too small” and showing that you can do big things even when you’re tiny. Elouise runs around the house shouting “tiny power!”. We heard there was even a TV series and we found all the episodes on Hulu, so we’ve been slowing going through that show when the kids get screen time. Honestly though, as much as she loves the show, she loves the toys even more! I love how the Polly toy foster imagination, and when she asks me to play with her I actually am excited to join the fun!

This Fall they area releasing a whole line of Pollyville toys and we got a sneak peek! They are so fun. If your kids watch the show they will for sure be excited because it’s modeled after Littleton, the town where Polly lives! We can’t wait!
