Disneyland with the Ergobaby Metro Stroller

Two things I feel like I’m kind of an expert on at this point in my life is Disneyland and strollers. It sounds like a weird combo, I know. Seriously though, but I have spent my life exploring the Happiest Place on Earth, the past 4 years as Annual Passholders with our kiddos. Since we have been blogging our family adventures since Elouise was only a few months old I have had around 20 strollers (not all at once) so I have had just a tiny bit of experience to be able to speak to what you want to look for when purchasing one for yourself. I was so excited when one of our favorite brands, Ergobaby, reached out about their new Metro Compact City Stroller. We took it out over to Disnyeland to see how it would hold up to a day exploring Disney style.

We got to hang out with a bunch of amazing families and take our strollers around the park. Let me just tell you that I am impressed by this bad boy. It is a compact stroller, it says it right there in the name, so if you have 5 kids and want to push half of them around with one stroller, this is not for you. However, if we can conquer the parks with 3 kids under 5 with one stroller that says a LOT, like a whole lot in my opinion. The space underneath is an impressive size seeing as its so compact. If you keep scrolling  there is a good shot of what we had packed underneath (jackets for all 5 of us, waters for 4 of us, and lots of snacks). Then we used some handy dandy stroller hooks to hang our diaper bag on the handle. Pushing it was a breeze. Literally I could maneuver that baby one handed through the crowds! It has an EXTRA large sun shade which is my must have for strollers, I’m a total sun shade snob. Whats the point of having a shade if it won’t block the sun when you kiddos is reclined fast asleep? This one does the job perfectly! All three kiddos took turns getting pushed around and were content with the space. The real winner though is the fact that you can fold it one handed. Getting on and off of the trams or the monorails were a breeze! My sweet friend Emily from Magical Kinda Mama has a highlight saved on her Instagram where she demonstrates the fold you can check it out here under “Ergo at Disney”.

All that to say that I would highly recommend this stroller if you are looking for a compact ride for your kiddo(s). If you have one child this stroller would even be great as your everyday stroller. It’s practical but still has bells and whistles. I can imagine how great it would be to travel with this stroller too! If you have any questions about it let me know, and if you want to win one head on over to my Instagram account!
